VajraPod Conversations

Vajrapod Conversations began with the goal of fostering conversations around emotional growth and mental well-being. My co-host is Dr. Chhewang Norsang MD, a doctor specializing in Neuropsychiatry with over three decades of medical experience. He is probably the calmest and the most emotionally intelligent person that I know. He also happens to be my dad.

My dad and I are both first-generation Asian immigrants to the US, and as such have experienced living in vastly different cultures. Over the years, I have learned so much from both his professional and parental guidance, especially about the importance of maintaining emotional and mental health. We all come from so many different backgrounds, yet we all seek similar things: happiness and the ability to weather the storms in our life. I hope that the contents of our podcast will help our listeners towards this endeavor, during and beyond the unrest of our times.
